Milly and James married in 2012 and have more than 30 years of combined experience in education. Between them, they have worked across two continents, in boarding, state, faith and international schools, and with students from royalty to refugees. Their experience spans roles from classroom support through to senior leadership.

They created Wright Education Group to support schools, educators and families in creating the best possible experience for every student.

Milly specialises in leadership and coaching, helping individuals and teams develop and thrive. James specialises in using technology and data to improve teaching and learning, with a strong focus on making systems work for people rather than the other way around.
