About us

Educators turned consultants

Wright Education Group was founded by James and Milly Wright — both career educators who crossed over into the systems, data, and strategy side of schools because they saw how much was being left on the table.

James brings 15 years of classroom and leadership experience, specialising in school data infrastructure, digital innovation, and physics education. Milly's 19 years in primary education underpin her coaching and professional development work with school leaders and home-educating families.

We are currently based in Malaysia, and will be moving back to the UK permanently in July. We work with schools across the UK, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
